How do you feel about artificial intelligence? Do you trust it? If you’re like most people, you probably have conflicting feelings: on the one hand, AI can take the pain and complexity out of work and everyday tasks, but on the other hand, we’ve watched too many movies about creepy robots taking over the world and view AI with trepidation.
This project was about overcoming that barrier and showcasing the potential of AI. We wanted to demonstrate various AI technologies and use cases to IBM clients so they could better understand how AI could take their offerings to the next level and wow their users with cutting edge experiences. At the same time, we wanted to provide transparency and explainability so consumers could develop trust in the AI features and feel comfortable using them.
As the Design Lead, I created three proofs-of-concept. This included everything from ideation to UX, visual design, prototyping, storytelling/messaging, and video production. I collaborated closely with marketing and executives to ensure I was meeting stakeholder requirements.
The concepts showcase various Watson AI technologies, including natural language processing, computer vision technology, cognitive search and content analytics, and machine learning.
